For employees in small private companies, certificate for average salary in the last 12 months and 3 reviews PP 531 are required - Declaration for receipt from PRO for salary payment for the last month, review as of six months and review for salary paid 1 year ago, M1/M2 form for loan applicant and co-applicants;

- Decision for performance of basic activity

Copy of the decision from the previous registration of mortgage from appropriate registry (Notary act)

Announcement for financial obligation from other bank which contains all details:
- purpose of the loan (i.e. acquiring of first housing);
- current loan state (days of delayed payment and delayed amounts);
- currency connected with the loan, remained tenor and unsettled balance;
- matured interest;
- amount and percentage of the costs paid in advance. -
Statement with the last three payments for the loan which is refinanced

Letter from the bank with consent for Silk Road Bank AD Skopje to establish mortgage from 2nd rank (if the same real estate is provided as collateral) and statement that the mortgage will be released after the payment is received.

Property certificate on the name of the loan applicant, 6 months from the loan disbursement at the latest - in case of multiple disbursement, 6 months from the last disbursement at the latest.1
