- a person who has a fixed or indefinite employment relationship with the Bank,
- candidate for employment/volunteering/intern at the Bank,
- a person who is either a volunteer or a doctor,
- a person who, on any basis, is or was hired to perform work at the Bank,
- a person who, on any basis, is or was in a business relationship with the Bank,
- a person who uses or uses services in the Bank.
